Yesterday I launched the brand new Intercom widget on Everview.

Now you can view users, leads and conversations from Intercom right in Everview.

The new widget includes metrics for:

• users
• leads
• companies
• tags
• segments
• conversations (total, open, closed)

One of the most significant drawbacks of Intercom is the lack of visualisations on the dashboard. Users and leads are displayed in a table, and it's difficult to monitor performance over time.

Everview generates historical data for all your services by storing the value for each of your widgets at the end of each day. This means you can create beautiful charts for any integration you have.

I also have some exciting new features lined up to allow you to slice and dice this data from different services to create beautiful and insightful visualisations.
